Celebrating Women’s History Month

Happy Women’s History Month, Wildcat Family! SAVE THE DATE: Arizona Softball Alumni Weekend

The A-Club Letterwinners Association is thrilled to announce that Softball Alumni Weekend is set for April 19-21, 2024. We look forward to having our Softball Letterwinners back in Tucson to celebrate 50 Years of Arizona Softball, cheer on our Wildcats when they beat ASU, and celebrate the legacy our Letterwinners have created.

50 Years of Arizona Softball

Arizona Athletics is celebrating 50 Years of Arizona Softball all season long, including decade recognitions for Softball Letterwinners. While these are not A-Club organized recognitions, Arizona Athletics will have a variety of unique elements, including a Letterwinner First Pitch and recognition from your seats for each decade of Arizona Softball at the games listed below.

Wildcats Back in the Building

Men’s Basketball Letterwinner and former coach Josh Pastner was Back in the Building to watch and comment on our Wildcats defeating the Oregon Ducks. Karen Geren, Gymnastics Letterwinner, was in McKale as the Gymcats dedicated their Cats vs. Cancer meet to her as she battles ovarian cancer.

Arizona Baseball Letterwinner and Arizona Diamondbacks Pitcher Kevin Ginkel returned to Hi Corbett to throw the first pitch for the UA vs. ASU series. We loved the energy Ginkel brought to Hi Corbett and we’re excited to support him through Spring Training!

Arizona Softball Letterwinners Rachel Gonzalez and Stacy Iveson returned to Hillenbrand to kick off the UA vs. WASH series. The 80’s themed game was a blast and we’re so happy we got to spend it with these ladies!
